Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive strategic vision for artificial intelligence adoption, focusing on Generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects that explore emerging technologies, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Spearhead the integration of futuristic tech stacks into legacy systems to enhance scalability and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact projects.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and market expansion.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products or implementing large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep technical knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and neural networks.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable business plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Certifications in AI ethics, project management, or strategic leadership are a plus.
