Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade AI architectures for large-scale distributed systems.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms focused on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff alike, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize model inference times and ensure 99.99% system availability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Transformer models, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments at scale.
- Familiarity with cloud native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
