Responsibilities

- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and assess their viability for immediate implementation.
- Architectural Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures that can handle next-generation workloads.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Prototype Development: Build high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Talent Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and senior staff alike.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of implementing futuristic technologies and adapting to rapid technological shifts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
