Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with executive business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Design scalable, resilient system architectures that support future growth and high-volume transactions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, future-proof frameworks, minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
- Lead technical visioning workshops and mentor junior architects on strategic thinking and innovation.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships to secure best-in-class tools.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology initiatives and digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration strategies and predictive analytics platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
