Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of distributed systems capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Develop and implement frameworks for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) integration and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with quantum computing engineers to optimize hardware-software co-design.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Blockchain, Neuromorphic Computing) for potential integration into our core products.
- Define technical roadmaps that align with the company’s long-term vision for 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Distributed Systems.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-level technical design.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and ethical AI implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
