Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for future technology initiatives, evaluating emerging trends in AI, Web3, and Edge Computing.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant, and high-performance distributed systems that can handle millions of concurrent users.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior and junior engineers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in modern languages (Python, Rust, Go) and frameworks. Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
