Responsibilities

<li>Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with business objectives.</li>
<li>Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including AI agents, predictive analytics, and next-gen cloud architectures.</li>
<li>Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for futuristic concepts to determine viable product paths.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of global tech trends, benchmarking competitors and identifying white-space opportunities.</li>
<li>Mentor a team of senior engineers and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3 technologies.</li>
<li>Proven experience in Strategic Planning for emerging tech ecosystems.</li>
<li>Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).</li>
<li>Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of leading successful digital transformations in high-growth environments.</li>
