Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain specialists
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Develop intellectual property portfolio with 15+ patent applications annually
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Drive sustainability integration in all technological roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Engineering
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering commercialized technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($2M+ value)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Deep understanding of emerging regulatory landscapes for 2026 tech frameworks
- Certification in Technology Futures Strategy (e.g., Gartner, MIT)
