Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Forecast socio-technical impacts of emerging technologies on global markets
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in transformative technologies
- Experience with regulatory landscape for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Fluency in Python and data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
