Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement scalable AI and quantum computing frameworks for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the exploration of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on hybrid AI-quantum integration for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize Algorithms: Refine complex machine learning models and quantum algorithms to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers, physicists, and security experts to deliver robust, future-proof solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq). Strong understanding of machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
