Responsibilities
- Architect scalable technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead R&D projects in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech systems
- Partner with product teams to translate future market needs into technical specifications
- Establish innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces)
- Mentor senior engineers in emerging technologies and future-proof development practices
- Present strategic tech forecasts to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Drive adoption of DevOps 2.0 methodologies for accelerated deployment cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership on technological forecasting (patents, whitepapers, TED talks)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating large-scale system architecture for 2026+ use cases
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in Tech Foresight (WFS, APF) or equivalent strategic planning
