Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, prioritizing quantum computing and AI integration
- Spearhead research into next-gen materials science and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with demonstrated innovation portfolio
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
- Proven ability to secure $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
