Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable software architectures that anticipate the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- AI & Web3 Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI and decentralized Web3 protocols into core business processes.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and development sprints.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks before they become critical issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Blockchain, or Edge Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to look beyond current trends and anticipate the technological shifts of the late 2020s.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
