Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of operational data during night shifts.
- Monitor system alerts and logs to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Support the customer support team with ticket triage and resolution.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on daily reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Document processes and update internal knowledge bases.
- Attend nightly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
