- R&D Management: Oversee research and development initiatives, identifying emerging technologies that can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Process Optimization: Establish and refine engineering workflows, ensuring scalability and high code quality.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), machine learning frameworks, and scalable system design.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining product roadmaps and delivering complex projects on time.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
