- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum Readiness, Sustainable Tech) with the potential to disrupt our industry.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead cross-functional initiatives to transition legacy systems to future-proof architectures, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct rigorous analysis of potential risks and opportunities associated with adopting new technologies for the 2026 timeline.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee internal pilot programs and 'sandbox' environments for testing future tech concepts.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or enterprise architecture.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Proven track record of navigating the transition to next-gen technologies and understanding the trajectory of tech up to the year 2026.
- Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Edge Computing, and other emerging tech stacks.

- Leadership: Strong experience leading diverse teams and driving change management processes.
