Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) for potential implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative tech solutions on time and within budget.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and emerging startups.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to anticipate industry trends and competitive landscape shifts.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures ensuring security and scalability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, IT Management, or a similar senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and technical architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
