Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems with 3+ quantum computing certifications
- Published research in Nature/Science on sustainable AI or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Expertise in TensorFlow, Qiskit, and AWS Quantum Services
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese preferred
