Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the company leading up to 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Emerging Technology Assessment: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging trends (AI, Quantum, Web3, etc.) to identify high-value opportunities for disruption.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the strategic planning process for major technology initiatives, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and ROI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of technical experts and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with industry leaders, research institutions, and startups to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience in a leadership role (e.g., Director, VP, or CTO) with a focus on future technology trends and long-term planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure, and Software Architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling business narratives for diverse audiences.
