Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI-driven automation and predictive analytics.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, cloud-native architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives to evaluate and integrate breakthrough technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Talent Development: Mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technological excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences to secure buy-in for high-stakes projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions to ambiguous problems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
