Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, future-proof infrastructure designed for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating advanced AI and machine learning models into core systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across distributed networks.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the engineering team.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concept development for emerging technologies.
- Drive technical decision-making in architectural reviews and design sprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or systems design.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
