Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems designed to meet the demands of 2026.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents into core product workflows.
- Define and drive the technical vision for future-proofing our infrastructure against emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct deep technical analysis to evaluate new technologies (Quantum-ready architectures, Edge Computing, etc.).
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with strong knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js).
- Proven track record of integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Familiarity with blockchain/Web3 protocols or spatial computing technologies is a significant plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
