Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design robust, scalable systems for autonomous agents and generative AI, ensuring longevity and adaptability through 2026 and beyond.

- Mentor & Inspire: Foster a culture of excellence, mentoring junior engineers and senior architects to push the boundaries of what's possible.
- Prototype & Iterate: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects to validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical realities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and align technical strategies with long-term business objectives.
