Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological ROI and adoption
- Drive organizational change management for new technology integrations
- Maintain relationships with venture partners and academic research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech budgeting and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
