Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and quantum computing initiatives, aligning them with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure systems that leverage future-proof technologies and edge computing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research teams in exploring cutting-edge algorithms, neural networks, and quantum hardware-software integration.
- Talent Management: Mentor senior engineers, conduct technical interviews, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Process Optimization: Implement Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or large language models.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale projects, and drive technical strategy.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving ambiguous, complex engineering problems.
