Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI and quantum computing infrastructures.
- Lead the research and development roadmap for emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into deployable code.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and technical staff.
- Predict industry trends and adapt our tech stack accordingly.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or computer science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust.
- Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Quantum Algorithms.
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
