Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and analytics team in compiling weekly performance reports and data analysis.
- Support the execution of weekend social media campaigns, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the Dallas and California markets.
- Update and maintain digital assets, including website content and online listings, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare materials for weekend client meetings and presentations.
- Monitor inbox and ticket systems to respond to customer inquiries promptly during peak weekend hours.
- Help streamline internal workflows and document processes for future team reference.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection is required for remote roles.
- Passion for learning new digital tools and technologies.
