Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in the planning and execution of daily operations and strategic projects.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support business decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and memos for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative workshops.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems and project documentation.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months.
- Valid student ID or proof of enrollment is required.
