Responsibilities
- Development & Coding: Assist in the design, development, and testing of web and mobile applications using modern frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with the engineering team to identify bugs, optimize code, and improve system performance.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation and maintain project repositories.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile environment.
- Research: Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal tools and client-facing products.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#) and familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, React, or Node.js).
- Academic Performance: Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the summer program.
