Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning technology strategy with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems designed to handle next-generation workloads.
- Define and implement emerging technology frameworks, including AI/ML and edge computing, for the 2026 transition.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Ensure robust security, compliance, and scalability in all architectural designs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
