- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA) to ensure project goals are met.
- Code Reviews: Review code contributed by peers to ensure best practices and code quality standards.
- Research & Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript. Familiarity with frameworks like React or Node.js is a plus.
- Tools: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and IDEs (e.g., IntelliJ, VS Code).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
