Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum computing or AI research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in ethics and policy for emerging technologies
- Proven grant-writing success with $1M+ secured projects
