Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption impacts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolios with ROI-focused prioritization frameworks
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
