Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory frameworks
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurotech, sustainable computing) into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and government affairs teams
- Analyze geopolitical tech trends to anticipate regulatory shifts and market opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build and manage a global network of academic and industry innovation partners
- Drive R&D budget allocation across 15+ emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years of strategic tech planning experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies (NIST, IEEE, ISO standards)
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in predictive analytics platforms
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, ACM)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from government and private sources
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
