Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar senior tech role
- Proven track record developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
