Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging global AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing ethics-by-design principles in production AI systems
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience advising C-suite executives on ethical technology strategy
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
