Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends post-2025
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite to establish ethical frameworks for autonomous technologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $50M+ investment potential
- Drive sustainability innovation in tech infrastructure and circular economy models
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our FutureTech Fellowship program
- Present strategic vision to global stakeholders at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with $100M+ R&D budgets and global stakeholder management
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Innovation (STI)
