- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive technology opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation investment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
