- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets across 3-4 concurrent projects
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and Fortune 500 partners
- Build and mentor a 10-person advanced research team
- Drive patent portfolio development (target: 15+ filings/year)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or green tech
- Executive experience with budget management >$1M
- Strong patent portfolio development background
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier tech conferences
