Responsibilities
- Define the Technology Roadmap: Create a strategic vision for technology adoption and innovation for the next 5-10 years.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) relevant to our industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate new tech into our product lines.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Architecture, and Data Analytics tools.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
