Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen products, securing $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of 15+ specialists across engineering, data science, and product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators and academic institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members, securing buy-in for transformative projects
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in scaling innovative products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Track record of leading teams through successful product launches in regulated industries
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan executive programs)
