Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Strategy: Define the architectural vision and technical roadmap for our next-generation AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and data lakes capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents for production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate AI models into CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing distributed systems and high-performance computing environments.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure, specifically in AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
