- Conduct horizon-scanning research on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants from DARPA, NSF, and private foundations
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and international technology councils
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent 5+ novel technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech innovation
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Fluency in Mandarin and English for global stakeholder engagement
