Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with 18-month horizon
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year commercialization plans
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary tech developments
- Align tech initiatives with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or circular tech
- Experience scaling innovation teams from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting
