Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across global operations
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future market disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of tech innovators and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of AI, IoT, blockchain, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data analysis and quantitative modeling skills
- Experience presenting complex strategic concepts to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field required
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
