Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation framework across 5 emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Establish ethical governance protocols for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling innovation proposals
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 15+ filings annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized AI, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (top-tier institution preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-level funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2+ commercialized technologies with >$100M impact
