Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/IoT solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AR/VR, bio-integration) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI assessment
- Global perspective with multicultural team leadership
