Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AR/VR, blockchain, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems governance
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems or quantum computing initiatives
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse architecture, and decentralized networks
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (FAA, FDA, FTC)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
