Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and neuromorphic systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present tech foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field or equivalent experience
- Published research in quantum computing, AGI, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
