- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and geopolitical factors affecting tech adoption
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure and product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite role
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience developing future-proof frameworks for volatile markets
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or similar preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
